Dr. Glenn Engel
Neuroanatomical Acupuncture

Dr. Engel is a duly qualified Doctor of Chiropractic having graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1967. He received an Honorary Fellowship in Chiropractic Clinical Sciences in 1975. He is a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ontario.

During his 36 years of professional life he has been actively involved in the realms of private practice and academics. He has held the position of Acting Dean of Clinical and Biological Sciences at CMCC (1976-1977) and has also held the positions of Director of Clinical Sciences at CMCC (1982-1987) as well as Chairman of the Department of Clinical Diagnosis at CMCC (1979-1982). Currently he is a full time faculty member of CMCC and is a Professor of Clinical Sciences lecturing in the topic areas of Rheumatology and Genito-Urinary Disease. He is the Clinical Supervisor of the South Riverdale Community Health Centre CMCC Outpatient Clinic in Toronto supervising patient care and intern training.

Dr. Engel is proud to be a member of The Performance Health Centre team as a neuroanatomical acupuncturist in addition to a specialty diagnostic clinician.
